About Us

Founded in 2009, Verdafero provides utility analytics tools and services for some of the best known companies & brands in the world. Clients include major hotel chains, ski resorts, credit unions, banks, health clubs, REITs, franchises, cities and many more.

We have been performing utility and sustainability audits for a number of years and are authorized by several cities including City of San Francisco, City of Portland, Boulder and Seattle as part of their Commercial Buildings Energy Performance Ordinances. Our audit customers found our software tools so useful that we created the Verdafero – Utility Analytics Platform to provide decision-useful and time-critical information to owner / operators as well as service providers across geographies.
